This stylish property has been professionally designed to the highest standard, allowing for a truly comfortable stay.
Ocean View has gorgeous views of the East coast, private parking for two cars, enclosed rear courtyard and is dog friendly too.
Bring the whole family to this great place that's perfectly located and fun for all the family.
You enter the property via French doors into a bright and airy hallway that is welcoming yet traditionally styled.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, large open plan Kitchen and the first of 5 king size bedrooms all with en-suite.
The living room offers two large comfortable sofa's, three armchairs and a large smart TV for all your entertainment needs. The colour scheme and design in this room and throughout is designed to give you that home from home feeling that is welcoming and familiar. Splashes of vibrant colour add a stylish touch and is a lovely space to enjoy with loved ones.
The kitchen follows on with the theme of modern, stylish decor and is the perfect space to enjoy around a generous sized table with seating for ten.
The rear courtyard is accesses through French doors from the kitchen and is a tranquil oasis to enjoy your morning drink in the lovely fresh sea air.
The Kitchen is complete with all modern appliances and offers an electric oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
The property boasts one ground floor bedroom with king size bed and 4 others over the remaining floors all with en suite bathrooms.
On the first floor you will find 3 king size en-suite bedrooms with the front Bedroom offering Sea views.
Onto the top floor the remaining King size bedroom which offers the flexibility to change into two singles. This should be requested with the agent at time of booking.
Guests have sole access to the full property.
The keys are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided before arrival.
Private parking on site at the front of the property is available for two vehicles.
Hornsea is a beautiful coastal town with stunning blue flag beaches, a busy promenade to stroll along, amusements and plenty of attractions for all the family. The town has retained a pleasant village atmosphere and attracts visitors from all over the United Kingdom. Hornsea has a colourful history of smuggling, a trade which was aided and abetted by the entire town, even the local church, whose vault was used to stash contraband.
These days shopping has taken over from smuggling as one of Hornsea's favourite pastimes, explore the town centre's numerous independent shops before enjoying the cosy tea rooms with some irresistible homemade tea and cake. To the southern edge of Hornsea there is also the Hornsea Freeport for discounted high street brands and a selection of attractions, such as Bugtopia and Beach Cove.
At the north end of the promenade, Hornsea's Floral Hall stages festivals, concerts, plays and dances throughout the year.
The once famous pottery town still offers attractions where this tradition can be witnessed and none better than the Hornsea Folk Museum where pottery, spinning and lace making demonstrations can regularly be seen.
For a little peace and tranquility amid all the attractions, take a picnic to Hornsea Mere, Yorkshire's largest freshwater lake and RSPB reserve, where you can have a go at the gentler watersports, like sailing, rowing and fishing, or take a motor-boat trip around the lake. This is also a popular spot for birdwatchers.
Hornsea does not have a Train station with the nearest station in Arram, 10 miles away however there are numerous road and bus links to enjoy with Hull, Beverley, and Scarborough just a small journey away. Further afield you have the city of York for an alternative day out.
Please leave the property in a tidy manner, place all rubbish in the bins provided and ensure the property is secure before departing.
The property offers a quiet period between 10pm and 8am.
A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required before arrival and returned within 72 hours of departure subject to an inspection.
