"We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Yosemite. The property is clean and safe surrounding. Nice view. The only thing we didn’t like is when our cars was been pulled and park in the different spot. I believed they have a hiking trail that they want to clear the drive way but there’s an enough place to park and pass even if our cars are park in front of our rental cabin. "Perfect, cozy cottage to stay at with my teen grand daughters. We used it as home base while we hiked Yosemite, only 1 hour from entrance. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, and very clean. Cliff promptly answered all my questions. We loved our stay."

"The location is perfect if visiting Yosemite. The town of Mariposa was so nice and some nice places to eat & shop. The home has a couple of skylights, one in particular in one of the bedrooms which makes it very hard to sleep past 5:45am. The hot tub did not work. It was hot just no bubbles. The coffee maker takes about an hour to make a pot of coffee and the home is in need of extra blankets. "This was a great home base for my wife and I during our visit to Yosemite! The cabin is clean and off the road a bit so it’s nice and quiet and dark, just as we wanted. Owner left a snack basket for us which was a nice touch. Only surprise was that the Master BR was on the second floor and the bathroom upstairs didn’t have a bath or shower in it. Not that big of a big deal, but worth noting. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"

"We had a good visit- the house was well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen tools, etc. We never figured out the drip coffee maker, but the keurig filled in and was well stocked. Washer and dryer were also handy. It was great to have a large dining room table we could all eat at comfortably."

"This is a nice place that is pretty convenient to Yosemite. Everything was good except we felt like there were so many rules, we did not make use of all that was at the home. I understand as we have rental property ourselves, but these were over the top. It is not like we were there all that much, so it really was alright."

"We had a good trip. The house is as advertised. We had some minor plumbing issue that I am sure was fixed quickly. All appliances were in order and it was clean. You do have some other trailer type homes really close but other than that and the plumbing issues, not a bad place to stay if exploring yosemite area.
