"Booked my stay for my son’s graduation and was a great location near restaurants, shopping area for groceries and overall short drive to army base. Great place to stay, quiet and super clean unit. Easy access to get in and out, plus the amenities the location has to use. I recommend booking it and will book again when we return again. "

"The apartment was very clean. Everything was new. The bed is very comfortable. Very close to many dining options. The only things to be aware of is a steep driveway and stairs up to the apartment. "

"Good for a family gathering. Beds not the most comfortable but adequate. Kitchen utensils rather sparse. Large outdoor area which we couldn't fully utilize due to the heat. Play house pictured not usable. Lots of kids toys which my grandson loved. Swings for kids also. 45 minutes from Columbia which had kids museum and great brewery.On balance, the house worked well for our family and we enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and helpful. "

"My family and I were in town for my brother's graduation from USC this past weekend and had a great stay at the Graymont Getaway. The house was perfectly located within great proximity to the university and stadium, stores, downtown, and other restaurants. The house was immaculate and provided a very comfortable and relaxing stay for all of us. There is parking for about 3 cars and there is a huge backyard with a deck. The weather was not great, so unfortunately did not get to take advantage...
