A slice of heaven
This lodge was absolutely amazing. Pictures don't do it justice! The lodge was perfectly decorating to fit the cabin theme. Loved all of the little touches in each room. Everything you possibly need is avaialabe. We cooked full meals each day and had every pit, pan, utensil we needed. Although we didn't get to experience the outside property as much as we planned due to the extremely high winds on our stay, we did take a short walk through the fields and one of the paths along the stream. Being on the 1000 acre property was like being in heaven - no cell coverage, surrounded by nature and family. My family of 12 and our fur babies fit very nicely without feeling like we were on top of each other and had an amazing weekend together. Oh and the porch, absolutely beautiful- I need toncome back again on a day i can enjoy rocking on the rocking chairs without being blown away. Pups loved being able to run just as if we were home!!! Darcy was absolutely a pleasure to work with - everything was easy and excellent communication. We will definitely return!

Clean cabin in a quiet location
The cabin was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our extended family (4 adults, 4 teens, and a child). Four bedrooms and a loft had plenty of sleeping places, but an extra bathroom would have been nice. The cabin was quiet and we loved the trails in the woods. Just be aware, that if you are not totally comfortable with having dead animals up on the wall, this might not be the place for you.

Girls Weekend!
This has been our go-to place for Girls Weekend for the last 3+ years - we wouldn't go anywhere else! The peace and quiet, the awesome and comfy cabin, and a bonfire every night is just what we need to unwind and relax! The cabin has everything you can possibly need, and then some! We love hanging out on the porch and watching all the wildlife, walking some of the trails, watching some movies, squeezing in a nap or 2 and just chilling out. There's no better place to clear your head and just unplug for a few days. The owners are AWESOME, and so grateful that we can enjoy their slice of heaven! Next 2 trips have been booked, and we're already looking forward to going back.

Stary Night
A beautiful cabin tucked back in the mountains. Very welcoming and felt like home. Plenty of room inside and outside. The porch is amazing. Our lastnight there the skies were clear and saw so many stars. The owners where very helpful and easy checknin and out.

At the edge of the woods
The stay was all that we hoped, very comfortable place, large enough for our family of 10 and provided views and walks along the property to keep us occupied when not resting and spending time in the house.

Amazing
This was the second time staying here... very nice,very comfortable,clean and secluded. Beautiful deck perfect for sitting and watching the deer( there is a lot of them) would definitely stay again.

Another Girls Weekend, In The Books!!!
As always, this place does not disappoint! We look forward to just being able to unplug, unwind, and relax for the weekend. Park the car, unpack, and you're stress-free as soon as you walk thru the door. The property is beautiful, cabin is awesome, and it's got everything you could possibly need. We love sitting around a fire every night, the stars are amazing! We're already booked for our next trip. (or 2)

Absolutely amazing
Myself and 8 other friends stayed last weekend. The lodge is exceptional. It was clean and provided linens, towels and cooking supplies. Everything worked as expected. The area is quiet and peaceful. We will be returning!!

Incredible place!
An absolutely amazing place with such history! Beautifully constructed which still shows thru today. Add in all the small details and touches, just perfect. Another treasure is the owner and all the historical knowledge.

Great Setting

Great Cabin Getaway
This cabin is a dream come true! My wife and I stayed here with our dog for a few days and we had a blast, same as last year. The owners are great people and had everything set up for our arrival. Love the property and love the peace and quiet.

Amazing Place
Despite rather awful weather, we have a lovely stay at the lodge. The setting was beautiful and thoughtful touches (Christmas decorations, etc.) were throughout. David and his daughter were very helpful when the ice/snow initially stopped us from getting up the hill, giving us a ride to the lodge. David worked nonstop to clear the snow and make it easier to drive on. (To note, I think this was a very rare circumstance. Under normal conditions, my car would have easily made the drive.) It is a beautiful location and the lodge is great. It was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We hope to stay again in the summer.

Girls Weekend
This was our 5th time staying here, and as always, this cabin does not disappoint! It's the perfect place to unwind, and just relax. It's got everything you could possibly need, the front porch is awesome to just sit and watch the wildlife. We had a fire every night, and the stars are AMAZING! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect for the weekend we were looking for. Grilling, campfires and deer watching. Would love to come back again. The host was very easy to work with and helped us out of a tough spot when we had a flat tire. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

Beautiful property with amazing views of wildlife.
Secluded and private but close enough to whatever you need. The house was located in a private meadow with deer, rabits and wildlife all around. We enjoyed walking the trails during the day and fireside relaxstion in the evening.

Girls Weekend!
This was our 4th trip here for Girls Weekend. This is the best place to unwind, unplug, and just relax. The cabin is awesome, the property is unbelievable and a total piece of heaven. We had a fire every night, and all the stars we saw were amazing. We're already booking our next trip!

Fantastic weekend getaway!!!
This was our second stay for a friends weekend away at this cabin and we had another amazing weekend. We had a group of 10 and were extremely comfortable with room to spare!!! The property was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting around the fire, both daytime and night, and gazing at the spectacular view of the evening stars. The hosts were readily available with any questions that we had and could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back for another stay!!!!

Excellent, secluded location.
We stayed here with a small group of friends and it was an incredibly unique and pleasant stay. There's no cell service or wifi; however, the benefit is that you get to be completely untethered in an area that feels completely private, surrounded by nature with an incredible atmosphere. We had a fantastic time.

Great lodge to get away from it all.
The property was clean and organized when we arrived. Everyone loved the place and how far away it was from everything. The nights were great, with being able to have a fire and a clear view of the night sky. The first night had a major rain storm, but once it cleared the sky opened up and it was a great view of the night sky. We walked around the grounds some to check everything out, made sure to stay on the trail though. The house was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and air conditioning. The upstairs rooms were warmer but they had fans all over. There is no continuous cell reception so if you want to not be bothered this spot is perfect. But if you do need to be reached they did have a landline phone. The one bathroom was large and had a washer and dryer, which we did not need but is good to know for future longer visits.

Great get away!
We were looking for something secluded to enjoy some well deserved r&r, we took our dogs and our infant and friends joined us, location was perfect if what you’re looking for is to chill, play games, stroll through the woods, sit by a fire and just relax and enjoy some beverages! Other activities a not so far drive away also! No cell service at the cabin but we loved not having the use of our phones! Cabin itself was great, clean and very cosy!! Its primarily a hunting lodge so there are pictures and animal heads/skins inside so be warned if that’s not your thing! All in all a great little stay, would definitely go here again!!

Beautiful Lodge
The lodge was beautiful and pet friendly. There was plenty of room for the dogs to run around. It is very secluded so it was nice a peaceful sitting outside. Since there was no WiFi we were able to spend quality time with the kids.

Spacious and clean
The lodge was spacious and clean. It’s quiet and a lovely retreat from life. Lovely property and kid-friendly. We needed to be close by and it was so much better than a hotel. Please confirm directions and where to turn. Google won’t lead you exactly there. There’s no cell or WiFi service. There was no central air which made it a bit hot in the bedrooms and bathroom where there weren’t boxed air condition units. There’s no dish washer.

We loved our stay!! The cabin is really spacious - 4 bedrooms w queen size beds, and 1 big bedroom in the loft with 4 twin beds perfect for kids room. Super clean and had everything we needed. It's really nice to walk around the property and explore. There is a stream right next to the cabin. Really remote and peaceful spot. The owners were lovely and took our kids to feed the goats and look at the horses. Also got fresh eggs and firewood from them. The cabin is even nicer than in the pictures. The woodwork is really beautiful as well. Loved it so much!! No cell phone service or wifi but has a land-line. Took about 15 min to get service again so plan accordingly and download maps on your phone. The GPS doesn't show exact location so you have to look for the sign that says hunting lodge Cypher trophy whitetails and then go left to follow signs that say Lodge. Would definitely love to go back!!! Thank you!!

Girl's Weekend
This was our 2nd girl's weekend here. We just got home, and we have already booked another weekend in October - we're not even unpacked yet :) A fantastic getaway - peace and quiet, and a slice of heaven! We love it!

Excellent!
We stayed here with family for a weekend, and really enjoyed it. The lodge was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The setting is beautiful and quiet. David answered questions quickly. The only negative about the stay was the fact that the bed sagged quite a bit in the center; a little uncomfortable, but not a huge deal. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely recommend!
