Tipowin is located less than one mile from Hope Town Settlement, so you are close enough to the action without having to sacrifice the feeling of "being away from it all."

The estate, which features three buildings and a total of 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths is the absolutely perfect rental for multiple families, large groups, wedding parties, or a corporate retreat. There is a separate generator house w/ a 65KW generator and water maker. For boaters & fisherman there are 3 dock slips with 30/50 AMP power and fresh water to accommodate boats up to 50 ft.
