This renovated home sits on possibly the most ideal homesite on the island: An actual beach-front house, level lot, sunset view, on the calm side, perfect soft sand, crystal clear swimming waters, good privacy, and right at the top end of Hope Town. Brand new air conditioner, new chef's kitchen, open-concept, and new back-up whole-house generator, all newly renovated bedrooms, new flooring throughout (not in the pictures yet!), new stainless steel appliances including a second mini fridge (comes in quite handy for bigger groups!), and new clothes washer and dryer. Master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom which has two full-size beds in a bunk (adult size), and a twin bed (thus sleeps 4 in that room), and a pull out queen size bed in the main room. 2-minute walk from the North-End Public dock ferry drop-off, free boat docking 80 meters from the house at a newly built dock, and a short bike, boat, or rental golf cart to Hope Town and the restaurants, and yes you can cart through town now and south to the rest of the island's attractions as well (we have a town gate pass for you so you can access everything). It's only a 15 minute ferry or boat ride over to the dock from the mainland, which is only a 5 minute cab from MHH international airport! Great snorkeling right off the beach, especially around the reefs at the north tip. Some renters have even caught bonefish right in front of the house after seeing them swimming by from the deck! We usually have at least 1 or 2 kayaks, some floaties, a paddleboard, etc., although sometimes they are broken or go missing and it takes a bit to order new ones in from the US. We have a great relationship with the cart rental company, so they will drop off carts right at the ferry or boat dock for you, or at the house if you prefer. We also give you a full info guide, custom-curated by us, for most of the great things around the island, best practices at the house, and lots of other good info, and we email this to you well in advance of your trip so you can plan out all the best things! For restaurants, there are many amazing spots just a short cart or boat ride away including Captain Jack's, Firefly, Abaco Inn, Hope Town Inn & Marina, On Da Beach, Mackey's, Golden Kitchen, and more coming soon! However, keep in mind that one of the nicest meals you will have is BBQing looking over the beach and sea, and for that, there's a huge grocery store in Marsh Harbour near where you land (usually a great spot for a first big shop before you come across), and a small grocery store right in Hope Town. For high season (May to August) please try and book at least 6 consecutive nights; however, if you want to stay less, just inquire here and let me know what you're looking for and I will do my best to make it work!
