"Unfortunately, our stay was rather disappointing and fell short of the expectations created by the hotel's website and photographs. On arrival, the reception staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming. However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel! Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained...

"Sweet staff, spacious rooms and a nice hot tub and indoor pool!! 😊"

"Atendeu minhas expectativas."

"I am a Wyndham Rewards member and should have been able to get free WiFi, but was unable to navigate the Byzantine app to secure it. Wasn’t about to pay for it, so I used my cell phone data. Disappointed. Also our room was at the very back end of the building, long long walk for my disabled husband. The signage indicated we could open the back door with our key when we returned home, saving him a long walk but the signage LIED. The key does not work as it is supposed to. VERY disappointed....

De negativo, o chuveiro com pouca vazão d'água, a geladeira ruidosa e o café da manhã muito precário (apesar de eles avisarem no aplicativo de que se trata de "café para viagem"). Vale apenas para um noite rápida, apesar do nome. "

"The plug outlets for plugging in a phone charger were so worn out , we had to keep the plug up just to stay plugged in the outlet to charge our devices . The bathroom was so gross and needs updated and the sink didn’t drain well. The place smelled of cigarette smoke . And when I went to check out at 6:30 am no one was at the desk for me to check out. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!"

"The room was clean with nice decor. They had a fun retro vibe with a Victoria record player and records to play. There is a Blondies restaurant next door for meals out. There was a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator so you could eat in. The shower had great pressure! As far as comfort goes, the pillows were quite large and hard. Most importantly, it was cold because there was a large gap between the door and the doorway. The draft just streamed in, so no matter how high I turned up...
