Welcome to your stylish island retreat on the 23rd floor of the Waikiki Banyan! This beautifully designed unit features modern décor with a touch of tropical flair, including stunning monstera wallpaper and warm wood finishes that create a cozy yet sophisticated vibe.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, you’ll be just a short walk from world-famous beaches, top restaurants, and vibrant shopping. The open-concept space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

Situated in the heart of Waikiki at the renowned Waikiki Banyan (Tower 2), this beautifully decorated one-bedroom condo is the perfect retreat for your tropical getaway. With room to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, you'll love soaking in those serene mountain and golf course views from your private, furnished lanai balcony.

We've got you covered with all linens and towels provided for your stay. Convenient laundry facilities are available on every floor and operate with coins for easy use. Enjoy the added perks of complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking with this unit!

To top it all off, the expansive recreation deck on the sixth floor of the Waikiki Banyan features a large pool, soothing jet spa, relaxing sauna, gas BBQ grills, and a fun playground for kids. This unit truly has everything you need for a fantastic Hawaiian getaway, and we'd be delighted to host you on your next island adventure!

We provide fresh, clean bed linens and towels for your stay, including 4 bath towels, 4 beach towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 washcloths. Complimentary essentials are also included, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid dish soap, a sponge/scrub pad, 1 kitchen towel/washcloth, 1 roll of kitchen paper towel. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

Enjoy seamless access to the condo for you and your family with our keypad door entry system. This provides a hassle-free, contactless check-in and check-out experience. Simply enter the door code when you arrive, and when you check out, just pull the door closed behind you—it's that easy!

With our owner's parking pass, you’ll never have to worry about finding a parking spot or paying parking fees. There are 5 levels of parking to choose from, so you can enjoy your evening without stressing about where to park when you return. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis in any available spot, and while the spots are labeled, they are unassigned. You’ll also have unlimited in-and-out access throughout your stay.

Guests have access to the pool, sauna, recreation desk, and BBQ grill. The pool opens from 8 AM - 9 PM while the sauna opens from 8 AM - 10 PM located in the 6th floor. BBQ grilling is subject to availability and opens from 10 AM - 9 PM. Occupants may cook on the recreation deck from 10:30 AM to 8 PM using the installed cooking facilities. NOTE: Reservations are necessary and may be made with Security if desired, up to 24 hours in advance.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on every floor. You'll find washers and dryers in these rooms that accept both coins and credit cards. Additionally, a coin change machine is located next to the lobby in Tower 2. It costs $2.50 per standard load.

Please note that we don't provide detergent, but it can be purchased at the Sundries Store in the lobby of Tower 1. Occasionally, prior guests may leave an extra bottle, which we store in the kitchen or bathroom cabinet

Should you need any help with some, please feel free to contact me through the booking platform or by text/phone call. I can also assist with recommendations and help with the planning process of your trip.

Recreation Deck & Renovations:
The 6th-floor recreation deck features a pool, hot tubs, sauna, BBQ grills, a tennis/basketball court, and a children’s play area. However, renovations will begin around April 7, 2024, and are expected to continue through May 2026. During this time, the recreation deck will be closed, and you may experience construction noise during daytime hours.

Elevator Upgrades:
The building is currently undergoing an elevator modernization project, with one of four elevators being worked on. This project is expected to continue until May 2025, so please allow extra time for the elevators, especially during peak hours.

Pests & Island Living:
As lifelong Hawaii residents, we know that pests can sometimes appear, even in the most luxurious hotels, condos, and rental cars. We take proactive measures with quarterly pest control and strict cleaning protocols to keep our units well-maintained. While rare, sightings are still possible due to Hawaii’s tropical climate. You can help by disposing of food waste daily to avoid attracting pests.

Parking is free, and the parking pass will be located inside the unit. All spots are numbered but unassigned, so you can park anywhere within the garage. Just be sure to hang the parking pass on your car's rearview mirror at all times to avoid any issues. Enjoy unlimited in-and-out access throughout your stay!

This is a reminder that NO oversized vehicles are allowed inside the Waikiki Banyan parking garage. This includes any vehicle over 72 inches (6 feet) in height. Such vehicles will not be able to go up or down the ramps without causing damage to the vehicle.
