This renovated 525 sq. ft. condo features a king bed for 2 guests, a sofa bed for 2 guests, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable/Smart TV, and a comfortable layout for both vacation and work-from-home stays. The unit was renovated in June 2026 and offers a clean, modern space with coastal-inspired touches.

One complimentary parking space is included.

Important Parking Information:
To ensure smooth access to the building’s parking garage, guests traveling with a vehicle must provide their license plate number before arrival. Once received, we will register the vehicle on your behalf.

Vehicles that are not pre-registered may not be recognized by the parking system, which could result in delays or possible additional charges.

BUILDING AND LOCATION:
Located in Downtown Honolulu, this condo offers convenient access to restaurants, cafés, shopping, historic landmarks, Chinatown, Iolani Palace, Honolulu Harbor, and nearby business districts. 7-Eleven, dining spots, and local shops are nearby.

Downtown Honolulu has a lively city atmosphere. As with any urban location, guests may occasionally hear typical city sounds, street activity, building maintenance, or neighboring noise during their stay. For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs or headphones may be helpful, especially for light sleepers or guests with online meetings.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: After 4:00 PM through the front desk
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but requests are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning, sanitization of the unit, professional laundry of linens and towels, and restocking of basic amenities after each departure. Extra charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

LINENS AND TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels per guest, including a bath towel, hand towel, and beach towel. Beds are prepared with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket.

TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE DISCLOSURE:
As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects, such as ants or other common tropical bugs, may occur from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.

To help minimize this, the building conducts regular property-wide pest control treatments. Our team also schedules routine preventative treatments inside the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space.

During your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation if your stay coincides with a scheduled service.

HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in any non-designated smoking areas. A $1,000 fine may apply for violations. If building management issues a citation to us as owners or hosts, we may escalate the matter through the booking platform for further action. Fees are subject to change, so guests should check with the building office or front desk for the most updated rules and rates.

For the safety and security of all guests, we may request a copy of valid ID for each arriving guest after the reservation is confirmed.

Water and power interruptions may occasionally occur due to building management maintenance or operational activities. These are initiated and controlled solely by building management and are outside the host’s control. We will do our best to communicate any announcements promptly when we receive them.

Occasional noise may occur due to building maintenance, neighboring activity, or the urban environment. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you experience any significant disruption during your stay, please contact us so we can assist where possible.

CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGES:

All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, adjustments to the trip dates cannot be accommodated. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all guests, as our services, supplies, and scheduling are meticulously planned to provide the best experience.

We strongly encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully before confirming a reservation and consider purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance can help protect against unforeseen changes or disruptions, offering added peace of mind.

Property owners/managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guests are responsible for the safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damages, breakages and theft, and loss are the guests` responsibility during their stay.

Lost and Found Reminder*

We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We`ll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn`t guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
