Localização perfeita, bom para viajantes econômico
O hotel atenda as expectativas de um viajante econômico, a grande vantagem é a localização, pois está no coração de Waikiki. Tem excelentes opções de compras e restaurantes e, claro, praia incrível.

Good for the price
The hotel charges U$15 per day (plus all the taxes that we already pay through hoteis.com) and simply say that is a "resort charge". It's unfair.

Voltarei a me hospedar no Kuhio Banyan!
Bem localizadíssimo! Perto de tudo! menos de estacionamento para os carros. Melhor não alugar, pois do aeroporto sai um shuttle por U$15 e o transporte publico e excelente! Pode ate levar a bike no rack do ônibus! O carro te escraviza pois não tem lugar e deve ser retirado da vaga muito cedo senão e guinchado! Nao e um hotel propriamente! Sim um condomínio de apartamentos com cozinha completa!

Bom custo benefício
Achei o hotel muito bom, meu quarto tinha frigobar, microondas, pia ,talheres e pratos, onde facilitou se quisessemos fazer uma refeição no quarto . A rua do hotel, Kuhio é muito próximo a praia e de lugares para comer e de um mercado . Eu adorei, nunca tinha ficado nesse hotel, achei o custo beneficio ótimo. Não tem luxos , porem tem uma cama muito boa e chuveiro bom tambem , pra quem vai mesmo só para dormir como eu , estava bom.

Muito bom!!
Adorei!!! Super bem localizado!!! A limpeza não era feita diária,mas para mim estava tudo bem.O wifi na maioria dos dias não funcionou :) Mas com certeza voltarei se tiver outra oportunidade!!

Localização boa
Sem estacionamento e de difícil parada para descarregar as malas. Existe um estacionamento em frente q custa 16 dolares o overnight. Nao existe hotel por esse preco nessa localidade. O q carece é a limpeza e a falta de um estacionamento. Internet paga 9 dolares o dia ou 25 a semana.

They will charge you late night check in fee if you don’t call in advance, it’s $50 dollars cash and if u refuse to pay, they won’t even give you the key, WORST HOTEL EVER

Over all was excellent except the room is not all updated , we don’t have problem during the stay , except a little bit noisy from the club I think ! But other than every thing was perfect for me .

Very noisy at night from the night club and very noisy in the morning with construction. Also we got there at 10:30 pm and we had to pay 50 dlls cash for them and to let us in.

Please understand this was just my experience. I hope yours is much better. To start, I will say the area surrounding the hotel was top notch. Plenty of shopping, dining and you are not entirely too far from some of the best beaches in the nation.The staff were very friendly, as well. My sole complaint was that there is absolutely no parking around the hotel. Yes, there was limited free parking across a busy street (the Ala Wai) but with thousands of people vying for the same few dozen spots...good luck. There was construction which took spots during the day, the city placed meters that run 24/7 on the streets everywhere that was not a paid parking garage. I spent nights circling the hotel for nearly an hour, to park four blocks away, pay the max time (2 or 5 depending on where I parked) & walk to the hotel. Then, I had to wake up around 5am to beat the possible ticket or towing & either move to a different spot or drive around for the day. There was an app Park Smarter or something like that, but their QR codes wouldn't register on my phone (it apparently works for others, just not me). This was just a series of unfortunate events, I hope you can avoid. If you don't have a rental & will use Lyft or Uber, etc. this place is FANTASTIC!!! But if you intend to drive, find parking arrangements beforehand.

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head and still be within two blocks of Waikiki Beach, this is the place for you. There is a night club below that is loud, so unless you like lots of bass, bring ear plugs! It’s dated in a retro style, but functional! I would stay again and again! Very economical compared to others.

No parking place. Next to a very noisy night club which played loud music from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. I booked two nights in this property but ended up checking out after the first night evan I had to loose the paid fee for the second night. Will never come back to this property again.

First, I want to say that I am aware that this is not a luxury hotel. It’s a budget friendly establishment. Upon checking into our room, We noticed that the room was dirty and we found what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets of the mattress. there was a lot of grime throughout the room. we proceeded to speak with the front desk manager on duty. The manager offered another room, but what can we expect after finding the first room in such a horrible condition? I instead respectfully asked for a refund the management refused to issue a refund stating that it was against hotel policy. It is clear that the management of this hotel does not focus on customer service. Instead of understanding the situation and making an exception, they stood by their decision of not giving me a refund, I lost the money that I paid for the stay and I was forced to book a room elsewhere which cost me more money. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend anybody staying at this Hotel.

Great location, wonderful employees, everyone was extremely kind & helpful. Our room was very clean and stayed cool. Beds were very comfortable! Pillows were also comfortable!!! We will definitely bring stay here again. Sad to go home… we felt so at home at Kuhio Banyan Club. Thank y’all for making us feel so at home.

Good location and good value
We booked almost last minute and didn't spend that much time in the hotel. The location was good for us--a pleasant walk to the beach though the market, close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and on several bus routes. No place to park a car, so no point in renting one. The shower was too small and there's no place to put your soap/shampoo. The soap holder is tilted so everything slides right out. My guy hit his head trying to pick up his shampoo. Put in a hanging caddy!! It's a bit too close to the club scene. Thursday-Saturday night music until 3-4am. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and the cookware and dishes etc. for eating in. The hotel provided beach towels and boogie boards. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

This is our second time staying at this property and we will return. We love the location. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, and we found our room to be clean and imperfect order each time we’ve stayed. The property is an older property and does not have many of them amenities that others do, but this property is in a perfect location and has a perfect price. We would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a nice budget friendly Stay in Waikiki.

I was supposed to stay two weeks but after one night I decided to check out. I offered to pay for the one night I stayed. The front desk said I had to put an additional hold of 250 for smoking and over 500 for damages which would be returned at check out. I was also told that in 72 hours I would have my answer about my refund for the 13 days I didn't stay and the almost 800 additional holds on my credit card. The 500 wasn't returned I am still awaiting for the 250 and the remaining 13 days of my stay. I grew up in Hawaii and this is the worst form of ALOHA I have ever seen! Never again! To top it off a roach run across the bathroom floor! A crooked operation!
