We will be undergoing building maintenance during weekdays from 5/4 to 5/29/26. The work involves concrete repairs and some noise, which may affect your stay during weekdays, but weekends will be quiet and suitable for relaxation.

Maui Sands Seaside 708 offers spectacular sunset views that inspire awe and relaxation. Relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves! This condo on a west-facing property is mere steps to the ocean and the nightly breathtaking sunsets! It has a lovely lanai with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a garden view. A low-density property, Maui Sands Seaside glows with the ambiance and charm of Old Hawaii. We have 20 units in a traditional 2-story building, in a park-like setting. Maui Sands Seaside shares ocean access with the sister property, Maui Sands, and a snorkel or swim in the ocean is a few steps away!

The living area is clean, casual, and open, featuring bent bamboo and wicker furniture, indoor dining for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen designed to make you feel at home and comfortable during your stay.
This condo has a king-size cool foam hybrid mattress. There is no pull-out couch, but we keep a twin air mattress and a Pack 'n Play for a 3rd guest. The updated bathroom features a large step-in shower, and there are plenty of clean, fluffy towels!
Maui Sands is oceanfront property, with a few steps from the condo lanai to stunning views of Molokai and Lanai. The seawall, observation deck, and shared gas BBQ are just 50 steps from your front door.

*A holiday cleaning fee of $75 will be added to check ins occurring on Thanksgiving (U.S.) and Christmas. For stays longer than 14 nights, we may require a linen change for every 14 nights stayed. There is a $100 fee for linen changes. These fees will be collected after the reservation is made. We are happy to schedule a mid-stay cleaning for you prior to the arrival date. The fee is $190.00.
