Definitely arrive in the afternoon if possible so you can enjoy the property. The waterfalls and creeks are gorgeous! Be sure to eat before you arrive or bring food, as nearby options are limited. "Attractive exterior with plenty of parking. AC easy to use. Noise outside from constant drumming or bass beats a bit annoying. "

"The property grounds were beautiful and serene. We were so happy we chose this place outside the hustle and bustle of Hilo. The trip into Hilo was about 20 minutes, but the drive was beautiful and worth the peacefulness of the property. There were many sites to see within a few miles, such as Akaka falls and the Botanical Gardens."
