"We never seen anyone other than a strange old man sitting in a room off the kitchen who didn’t speak.Honest review of someone who loves B&Bs and the charm. Pros-Before arrival the host was very tentative with answering questions. Such as we needed an iron but they had a steamer (big plus). They had snacks and drinks to grab headed out the door. "Nice layout, clean premises, comfortable ned and great breakfast; Was surprised at the breakfast choices offered!"

"It was proximate distance to the Holy Cross Hospital, where we had to arrive by 5:45am. Much easier than driving that morning from DC, leaving home by 4am. Convenience factor a huge plus. Just wish the breakfast access had been open a little earlier as by 6 am we had to be at the hospital. But I did at least get a cup of coffee."

"Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."
