## The Space

The 34 m² studio, fully renovated in 2022, opens onto a fully equipped kitchenette. The retro-chic vibe shows through thanks to high ceilings and careful decor. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge let you prepare tasty snacks to enjoy later on the small balcony, bright with morning light. Air conditioning keeps you cool after a day of exploring, and the reliable WiFi helps you stay connected. Built-in heating creates a comfortable atmosphere in any season. The sleeping area has a king-size bed (180 × 200) and also offers high ceilings. The modern bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, and a smoke detector. A flat-screen TV rounds out the space for your downtime.

## Guest Access

Self check-in with a secure key box. Access is by stairs up to the 2nd floor. The studio is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

These public parking lots cannot be reserved and are subject to availability when you arrive.

## Getting Around

The bus station is a 10 minute walk away, and the Deauville SNCF train station is a 20 minute drive. You can book a closed garage in the city center, subject to availability. Deauville airport is a 15 minute drive.

## Good to Know

Pets allowed on request and non-smoking property. Baby cot available on request (15 € per night for 1-2 nights, 12 € from 3 nights). A decreasing discount applies for stays of 7 nights or longer (up to 30 percent off depending on length). The end-of-stay cleaning is included, and bed linen is ready for your arrival. Every stay ends in a warm atmosphere with attentive service.
