⚠️ Important: the house includes numerous stairs and steps between rooms, with one bedroom on each floor. The property is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for young children without supervision.

You will enjoy a private terrace furnished with outdoor furniture so you can fully appreciate the breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. This terrace is exclusively reserved for guests staying in the house.

The remaining outdoor areas of the property are shared with the neighboring house in a calm and respectful spirit. The terrace attached to the other house and its facilities are private and reserved for its guests only.

As the property is open and some natural boundaries are not marked by fences, we kindly ask guests to respect the surrounding spaces and the privacy of neighboring properties.

Here, peace and tranquility are essential. Parties, loud music and excessive noise are not suitable for the spirit of the house, even during daytime. After 10:00 PM, we kindly ask guests to keep outdoor areas especially quiet.

✔️ The sea and coastal walks are accessible in approximately 10 minutes on foot from the property (Vasouy wild beach). Please note that the route requires crossing the coastal road, so extra caution is recommended, especially with children.
