Safari tent with full bath in the North Texas woods

A 14’x16’ safari style tent that includes a very comfortable king-sized bed, a small kitchenette with refrigerator, wood pellet stove for heating and a portable A/C unit with a separate fan for cooling. On the back of the tent is a custom-built bathroom that includes a tile shower, flushing toilet and hot/cold water sink. Brita water purification system for drinking water. There is an armoire for linens and towels. Next to the tent you will see a large firepit area that consists of 4 Adirondack, a custom-made oak bench with a custom-made oak bar top area. Along with the firepit there is a Weber charcoal barbeque, and charcoal is provided. Plenty of firewood at your disposal around the perimeter of the tent. There is a copper clawfoot tub for outdoor bathing and cooling off. On the back deck you will find a swinging daybed with a custom cedar cover. Outdoor ice chest provided.
