The entry level features two inviting bedrooms: a primary suite with a luxurious king bed and breathtaking lake views, and a second bedroom with a twin trundle bed that easily converts into a king. The open-concept living space includes a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table that seats eight, and a cozy sitting area with a sofa and green swivel chairs—all with views of the water.

Slider doors open to a beautiful expanded balcony overlooking the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the brand new patio seating with a beautiful sunrise, or watch the sun fall with a glass of wine in the evening!

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
