"The property is quite old and showings its age. The furniture cushions have lost their firmness, causing one to sink quite low. There were no instructions for the Nest thermostats, making it difficult to control the AC. The sliding door out to the patio is very heavy. It does not have an external handle, so opening and closing the door is a real pain.
