"Miriam was an amazimg hostess. After a long flight from Canada she quickly made us feel comfortable and made the whole pick up/check in easy for us. She went out of the way to help us get around, laundry and cleaning service. "Great communication with the owner! This was our first time in Roatan. This was a perfect location to stay on the Island for getting around. Bungalow was within a 100' from the beach! Directions from the airport were spot on. I would definitely stay here again if and when we go back. I want thank Conrad for everything! The host Venessa reached out to us a couple times asking if we needed anything, which is very thoughtful!"

"Place is as in pics. Our unit was close to road Loud & dusty. Beach was a bust. Did not want to sit on a dock!. Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. When we got a car we spent or time elsewhere.No fault of Sundancer but reviews should have mentioned the amount of road work! "This was our second visit to Phoenix House. The primary reason we like this location (Sundancer) is the access to the reef. There are very few places in the tropical snorkeling business in the world where you can access a coral reef with a 10 minute swim. No boat rental necessary. Yes, you cross a boat channel, so heads up. My idea of heaven."

"O hotel é excelente, bem localizado, excelente infra-estrutura e área externa muito bonita. Também oferta boa segurança e quartos com ótimas instalações. Para ficar perfeito, poderia rever a qualidade das toalhas (já bastante desgastadas), possibilitar a abertura das janelas do quarto para melhor arejamento ofertar uma TV Smart na habitação e, em especial, respeitar o horário de check-in informado (15h - 3pm), dado que cheguei neste horário e meu quarto foi disponibilizado apenas duas horas depois, sem nenhum pedido de desculpas ou explicações. Em resumo, è uma ótima opção de hospedagem, porém com pontos que merecem maior atenção."
