"It's a beautiful property. Definitely not for anyone who cannot make it up and down a spiral staircase. The hot water did not work the first two days but was up and running within hours of me asking if that was normal. There is a dog across the street (and just yards away from your bedroom) that barks a lot but between the hours of 11p and 6a, he was relatively quiet.
