When I contacted the manager to ask questions on how to operate things, the response was obviously AI with very generic answers not tailored at all to the actual house. We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. The house was initially not very clean and they immediately sent out another cleaning person to fix that. The other issue was a lot of mosquitos!
