"Wish the a.c. was in the bedroom as the livingroom would be freezing but the bedroom would be stfling. There was no elevator in the building, but there was a photo of one in the listing, which i found to be deceptive. Had i known it was a 3-story walkup, we would not have booked. The apartment was clean and nicely renovated. The listing also stated a washer and dryer but it was a combo machine which didnt dry the clothes even with additional dry cycles. "The location is fabulous, the unit is comfortable, host was responsive. Would have been a 5-star experience if there weren’t the minor annoyances with broken items in the unit (coffee maker, dryer, beach items, etc). "There are so many great things about this Condo..mostly you CANNOT beat the location for the price. You are ocean FRONT! Sitting on the lanai itself is a vacation, watching waves, sunsets and surfers is so relaxing. Yes the place could use some TLC but honestly didn't care. There are somethings that are just going to age due to not having A/C it is what it is. Musty smell, no prob open up the doors. We had everything we needed. Bed comfortable/clean.Washer/dryer. Plenty of towels/linens....

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is.
