"Brand new hotel, beautiful contemporary decor. Room are not huge but enough. Comfortable good support mattress and crisp white sheets. Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise.

"Not comfortable to stay"

"It is a nice hotel with attentive staff. The room was big."

"I stayed here during the big storm and flood. Hotel had no electricity, no hot water, no wifi for 2 days. They still charged me a full price. Hotel is very isolated from restaurants, no access of transportation …taxi, Grab… very inconvenient. "

"We came to check in but they didn’t give us the code number and we called email but no response "
