This spacious, four-bedroom home can accommodate up to 10 lucky guests and features multiple living spaces, a well-equipped, full kitchen, and a beautiful backyard. Step through the front door and make your way into the library where you can choose from hundreds of books, or step down into one of this home's cozy living areas complete with a dramatic rock-face fireplace, flatscreen TV with an Xbox, and a game table. Moving towards the back of the house brings you to a second living area with a wet bar and a wood stove, an elegant dining room with a table fit for up to eight guests, and the full kitchen. And at the end of the night, you'll find all four inviting bedrooms on the second floor including two rooms with king-size beds, and two rooms with both queens and twins.

Tahoe City is just seven miles north of this home offering a wealth of activities for the entire family. In summer, walk across the road to the homeowner's private beach and pier for endless fun in and on the water, while other nearby parks and properties offer fun events like movies at the beach and outdoor concerts. Backcountry hiking and mountain biking are also popular summer activities in this area, while the many mountains offer great skiing at places like Homewood, less than a mile away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
