Just ~30 mins to Ithaca’s waterfalls, farmers markets, and famous gorges — a perfect family getaway for up to 7 guests.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including:
- All 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen and open living areas
- Game/playroom with toys, books, and board games
- Patio, BBQ grill, and firepit with Adirondack chairs
- Private dock with swimming area, kayaks, and a paddle boat
- Shed with bikes, life jackets, and lake gear
- High-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and on-site parking for 2 vehicles

You’ll enter through the keyless side door in the breezeway (code provided before check-in). The home is set up for easy, self-directed stays—just arrive, settle in, and enjoy!
Other things to note
1. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Guests must be 25+ to book.
2. Check-in is after 4:00 PM via keyless entry (code provided in advance).
3. Check-out is by 10:00 AM — we kindly ask that you tidy up per house guidelines.
4. The thermostat for the heater is in the den, and the fireplace thermostat is on the kitchen wall.
5. Each bedroom includes an A/C window unit, box fan, and seasonal bedding to keep you comfortable year-round.
6. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boats, and life jackets are in the shed by the dock — please use them safely and return all gear securely.
7. Please avoid opening the master bedroom windows while the heat is on, as it can affect the temperature in the rest of the house.
