Property 5 minutes walk from Trearddur Bay beach
Welcome to our accommodation which is tucked away on a lovely quiet non-estate lane in Trearddur Bay. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away on the flat.
We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering property, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a hob, an oven, a kettle and a microwave.
the utility has a fridge-freezer, wine fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers televisions and internet access.
At the front of the property there is space for two vehicles and at the rear is a decked patio area perfect for BBQ or sun bathing.
This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds.
There is a family bathroom with a separate shower, corner bath, a toilet and sink.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed.
we may consider pets on an individual basis but only by prior arrangement.
Important information:
Please note that this property has been divided into two separate dwellings and although you will be completely self-contained and unaffected by this division, someone does live next door full-time therefore our property is absolutely not suitable for noisy guests - it is only suited to guests looking for a quiet holiday and are considerate individuals, looking for a peaceful relaxed stay - not party people or night owls. Likewise some general sounds may be heard from next door.
At the rear of the property there is a rocky parcel of land, this area is out of bounds to guests as it is very uneven and can be quite slippy.
the twin beds are fairly low to the ground, please bare this in mind if booking for older guests.
wet wipes are not allowed at the property, this might sound ridiculous but if any end up down the toilet, even just one or two - it WILL block and we will get a phone call from yourselves to say the drains are backed up - so please please just don't use them here and save us all a lot of unnecessary grief and disruption.
