"Hotel horrível. Pior hotel onde já estive. Num local onde está frio, a água quente era escassa, apenas durava pouco mais de um minuto e após reclamar mais de 2/3 vezes. O quarto era frio, gelado e sem qualquer suporte a ar condicionado ou aquecedor. Quando chegamos ao hotel deparamo-nos com crianças a gerir o hotel, não havendo qualquer adulto para nos receber. A cama estava feita com lençóis muito sujos. As janelas não tinham qualquer tipo de filtro contra o frio, o quarto era húmido. Não...
