"Very well appointed place that was located well for easy access to Kona."

"It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. I always end up turning off the air and just taking off my clothes under the covers Lol. Also the small window by the back porch doesn’t have a curtain so the neighbor...

"I loved the studio overall. There was only a microwave, toaster and coffee pot(I did have to buy coffee filters too but left them there)so I wouldn’t call that a full kitchen- didn’t seem there was a hot tub or laundry available either (the listing currently has those amenities listed on the page- though I did not go hunting around the property searching for them so they may have been available upon request) but overall it worked really well for me and I would recommend. "I received instructions days before and followed them. Contacting the host before arrival the day of......never heard anything from them. Arrived per the instructions received and there was a locked door in order to get to the lock box which I was given the code to. The place looked like it needed some TLC from the outside. Never made it inside as the host never answered calls or texts. We had to find another place to stay, and luckily it was for only one night....our last night in Kona. ...

"We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Communication was excellent from start to finish friendly, prompt, and clear, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The accommodation had everything we needed, right down to dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, which made our overnight stay so convenient and comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommend staying...
