"We found the house to be really cute and fun to stay in. The location was excellent and we even saw a deer on our last morning! Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. "The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

We contacted Vacasa the rental management company and decided to leave the property and stay with friends as the windows were broken and shattered and the master bed was broken, no wifi, no functional washer and the list goes on. "Great location. Pristine beach with hardly anyone else on the beach (mid May). No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms as reported. The house needs a bit of TLC. Could be a bit cleaner. There was sand on the floor in the master bedroom upon our arrival. It seemed like there was white dog hair on the bedspread. I dont have a dog. The dishwasher seemed like it was working but was not getting the dishes clean. I think it is time for a new dishwasher."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was set up perfectly for two families traveling together. The beds were comfy and we loved the outdoor showers. There were only two bikes for 9 of us so we ended up renting. There were also not enough beach chairs and some were not in great shape. The fridge in the kitchen needed to be replaced and there were not enough coffee cups and dishes."

"The house was amazing, the location was perfect I could see the ocean from the living room. The only issues were the flooded roads and a few lights with dead bulbs but the flooding is understandable since its so close to the ocean. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back."

"We stayed in Unit #2 for 11 nights in the 2nd half of September. We had a very nice time, really enjoyed spending time on the roof deck and hopefully will visit again. We stayed in Unit #1 for the last two summers so we're repeat custom First let me say they provide shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dish soap, dish sponge and paper towels plus there were 4 large beach towels. With that said, there were many items missing or not working and we called the next morning asking for assistance. No one...
