Das nötigste: Der Kühlschrank zieht Wasser; wahrscheinlich ist die Dichtung nicht mehr in Ordnung. Ein Neuer wäre angebracht. Die Türe des Backofens hängt manchmal an der Wand ein. Einbaumöbel zu wackelig. Badlicht duster; neue Lampe wäre schön. Nicht unbedingt nötig, aber zu empfehlen: Die Matratzen des Doppelbettes sind...
