A trail from the doorstep along a disused railway line that leads to the Georgian town of Holt (2 miles). Here, discover vibrant art galleries, antique shops and welcoming cafes, or hop on the steam train to Sheringham (8 miles). Norfolk's coast, with the seaside towns and villages of Blakeney, Weybourne, Cromer and Mundesley all within 19 miles. The best way to discover these seaside gems is via the Norfolk Coast Path, which you can join in nearby Cley next the Sea (4.5 miles).
This charming cottage offers spacious accommodation thanks to its delightful interior and annexe, providing a quiet space for all to relax and embrace their Norfolk getaway. The main cottage hosts a well-appointed kitchen/diner, here you find everything needed, including an Aga oven, to cook up feasts for your loved ones who can gather round the long dining table. With a small lounge space with a TV in this room means any little ones can leave the table early to relax together. Also on the ground floor the cottage boasts a welcoming twin bedroom, served by a well-equipped family bathroom with underfloor heating. The main lounge upstairs on the first floor has plump sofas, a crackling open fire, and a Smart TV offering cosy evenings of entertainment. When day turns to night. Upstairs there is also and a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. More bedrooms can be found in the splendid annexe that sits across the lawn from the cottage. Here, find a super-king-size bedroom, a cosy twin room, and a family shower room with more underfloor heating for chilly mornings.

Notes:  The swimming pool is not enclosed, so please keep an eye on children in the rear garden. The swimming pool is accessed via the annexe that has high level locks to ensure safety on doors and windows. Please also bring your own pool and beach towels. The garden with the pool is enclosed by hedges and trees, but not fully enclosed so please keep an eye on dogs. Please also no dogs upstairs in the main house. Strictly no electric car charging allowed at the property
