The family condo is a great place to enjoy a Florida vacation and a getaway you'll never forget. Its spacious layout gives plenty of room to relax while being surrounded by the beachy decor, creating the perfect ambiance for a true beach getaway. Enjoy evenings around the firepit sharing hilarious stories with your friends or soak in some rays by the heated pool while lounging in your own private oasis. The living area is another great place to gather thanks to the comfortable and large, L-shaped sofa strategically placed in front of the flatscreen TV. Right outside your door is a great view, just steps from the beach!

You'll find some of Anna Maria's best spots well within your reach. Just a short walk away are white sandy beaches of the Gulf, just right outside your door. Nearby trolly stops will give you access to all of the island - simply sit back and enjoy the ride. Great island dining and shopping are a small trip away. Enjoy local island boutiques or great local cuisine. Orlando might be 126 miles away, but it's totally worth the day trip! There you'll experience a fun-filled adventure thanks to Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Theme Parks, SeaWorld, and more!

Things to Know
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
The hot tub is available upon request.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
