Cozy 1-bedroom house in Holmes Beach with AC

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach-FL. The walk to Manatee County Beach is approximately 100 yards which is the length of a football field. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen Large bathroom and balcony. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer onsite and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking allowed. The property also has outdoor sitting areas, out door showers to wash off after the beach and a grill.

This property is a duplex, I own both sides and they are nearly identical. As you can see from the pictures there is covered parking as well as additional parking in the back if you wish to bring a boat, jet skis, etc.

Within the property: there is 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, dining table, seats 4 total. The living room is very spacious with two chairs and a couch. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. There is one bathroom and a large closet. There is a washer and dryer onsite with cable, and wifi included. The TV's are new, smart tv's so you can use your personal info to log into any app you wish.
