Welcome to Beachwalker Cottage located on sunny Anna Maria Island! This newly renovated, coastal cottage is sure to provide the perfect space for your next beach vacation! The living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV, perfect for enjoying movies as a group or watching the big game! The master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom feeds into a private tv area with a couch. Also on the main level you will find a comfortable queen bedroom just down the hall from the beautiful shared bathroom. Take a walk upstairs to find a lovely lofted queen bedroom with attached living area including a flat screen TV. Beachwalker Cottage is a quick 1 minute walk to beautiful gulf front beaches. Looking for extra space? Beachwalker cottage has an attached 1 bedroom apartment that can be rented as well!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Excellent! Home was very roomy and beautiful. Located close to everything - grocery, restaurants, shopping. And the beach was just a hop and skip across the street. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house. It’s exactly as pictured and advertised. It’s literally 100 feet to the beach. The house was clean and we felt safe and never had to worry about our car or break-ins. There are shops, groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies all within walking distance. Our only complaint was a step down into the kitchen. It’s marked with striped tape but there is no handrail. The dishes provided were perfect for what we needed. We would certainly stay again!

Location Location Location

We stayed for 7 days at AMI for a week long vacation. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and one teenager, the house fit us perfectly. We did cook several nights at the home but there are plenty of places to try.We cannot talk enough about the location of this home. You literally walk across the street and you are at the beach! The home had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a very nice laid back beach vacation.

Wonderful week and close beach access

Overall, this cottage is perfect for a week at the Beach. The beds are comfortable and the layout is good for a family of 5 or 6. The kitchen is sunken without rails so I would be cautious with small children or elderly staying in this unit. The outdoor sitting area is the only thing we would change. There is no covered area. We had a fantastic week at Anna Maria and loved being so close to the beach!

Perfect Location

Stayed for 4 days on a girls trip. You can't beat the location . Beach access is directly across the street and the grocery store and the free trolly was only a 5 minute walk away. The house was very clean and has a nice functioning layout. The kitchen was a bit of a challenge for the short people in our group. The counters are raised a bit higher than normal so it made it a bit harder too cook and reach in the cabinets. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic

This is such an adorable place and perfect for 6 adults. I live in Florida and love the beach and had family come from Missouri and we rented this place. Just one short block to my favorite beach. This place is very clean and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Communication with the owner is great, I got an immediate response with my questions. Lots of privacy due to the palms surrounding it too. Will definitely be looking to rent this place again. It was kind of weird that they only supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but really no big deal as CVS and Publix is also just a short walk too.

Great Location, was disappointed in the house itself.

The location was just as advertised, within 100 steps to the beautiful beach! The house was also as pictured, however, I was disappointed in several things about the house. The kitchen was not well equipped at all. Very few cooking utensils and what was there was of very poor quality. There was a hodge podge of pots and pans with no lids for the larger skillets. The kitchen layout itself was also very strange. The refrigerator was almost too big for the opening making it very difficult to access the cabinets on either side. If you aren't concerned with cooking while you are there, it would be fine... Also the floors throughout the house were sandy and dirty upon our arrival. I know sand is sort of unavoidable in a beach location house, but this was a lot of sand and dirt! The cleaning service definitely could have done a better job! The mattress on the bed in the upstairs bedroom was hard (poor quality) and uncomfortable.

Amazing stay

Beautiful home in residential neighborhood on Anna Maria Island. Beach is right across the street, just as described in the listing. Home is recently remodeled and our family of 6, ranging from 10-75 had everything we need and plenty of room to spread out. Especially great for our older family members that we didn't want climbing stairs constantly after a long day at the beach, which is hard to come by as most properties on the island do have multiple sets of stairs. Very well-kept and nicely decorated with a pretty seating area with grill on the patio surrounded by palm trees. You'll want to pick up condiments and spices if you'll be cooking as there wasn't anything there. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and cooking appliances you might need. Skinny's Hamburgers is 1 block down. Amazing home & location.

Wonderful location

Property management is super responsive, they were Great to work with. It was a perfect property for three on a 3-generation ladies get-away. Lovely home and the pictures are accurate. The kitchen/dining area are sunk-in, two-steps, as well as the sitting area off the master. There are a few beach supplies in the communal laundry room but I would definitely recommend renting. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Comfortable and great location.

Photos accurately represent the home’s interior. Great location to beach and walkable to local restaurants, cafes and Publix. Sato was very communicative and gave us a great recommendation for a limo when we could not get an Uber to go home. Only downside was no beach chairs provided which seems to be the norm on the island.

Stayed at this property for 2 weeks in Jan'22. House was clean when we arrived. All pictures accurate. House was well stocked. Only minor note is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Makes meal cleanup a little messier. Otherwise, awesome vacation in a great beach town!
