"We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and exactly as described. There was not a tv in the bunk room and I could see that being somewhat inconvenient for certain groups - so just a heads up. The details state that there are 3 TVs in the house which is true so I would not consider this a complaint but more of a suggestion to make the stay more comfortable for larger families/groups. We would definitely stay again either way! "

"This house is spectacularly modern, clean and well equipped. It has so many extras I would be afraid to start to list them all. Two full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a beautiful sunroom, a huge backyard with playground equipment and a fire pit. The host was wonderful. You can’t go wrong here. The only semi-negative I can even think of is that it is quite a ways to the water, however it’s a very quick drive. But it’s around a 350 feet walk to the water. "The house was a perfect set up for a fishing trip. The garage was set up nice with plenty of outlets to charge boat batteries. I really enjoyed how the house was away from busier areas such as Guntersville and scottsboro, but still within driving distance was a plus. "
