"This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had! Jim was so kind and provided so many extras that made our stay so easy! He was by far the best host which made the whole experience top notch. We just had to bring our personal stuff. It was nice to be able to use the house wagon, chairs, beach toys and so on. The house was super clean which is very impressive for a beach house! So many little things were thought of, like hooks in the shower for a wet swim suit or the bag of ice in the freezer...

"Fantastic location! Everything we needed was available at the house, minus a single trip to the grocery store. Plenty of dishes, kitchen appliances, all of the necessities you need on vacation but forget to pack or decide you'll purchase there...Trudy and Mark are 10 steps ahead of you and have it there when you arrive! The beach access is just across the street, private pool in backyard. We are already planning our next trip to ShoreBreak!"

"Lovely home with amazing views. The view of the ocean is better than the photos capture. I was able to enjoy being close to the waves while taking care of my mother with dementia. The elevator made this a possibility. The home is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and a bathroom in each bedroom was very helpful. I will definitely plan another stay in the future."
