Are you looking for a quiet getaway near all the beach and water fun? Then look no further than this beautifully appointed home that has everything you'll need. Just minutes to the beach, surfing, fishing, swimming, restaurants and more. Come be one of the first to stay in this newly remodeled home.
This home is close enough to bike to the beach or tons of fishing to be had nearby. Surf casting, pier fishing, by boat (off shore and inshore). Very close to local bars and restaurants and shopping as well. Yet in a very quiet peaceful little neighborhood.
If interested in more than the one pet allowed, please message the owner for approval. Fully Fenced Back Yard.

Amazing girls beach trip!!

My friend & I stayed here for a little over a week for a much needed girls trip, it was amazing! The house is beautiful, the location was perfect, the neighbors and community were sooo friendly! We felt very welcomed☺️ Jenean and Mark were super nice, responsive, and quick to help whenever needed! 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and quaint

We built a house nearby and needed a place to stay for 11 days between homes. This cottage is clean and comfortable. I felt safe walking my dog alone at night. My only complaint is the sheets must have shrunk in the wash and kept slipping off the mattress while sleeping. Would definitely stay again!

Great beach getaway

House was in great location-very short drive to beach, restaurants, shopping. In a quiet neighborhood. Met a few neighbors who were very kind. House itself is so cute and comfy, and decorated so nicely. Had everything we needed, including an enclosed fenced area for the dogs. Jenean is excellent at responding and communicating. Highly recommend.

Small house, well furnished with all the items you might need. It's quiet, out of the way, a pleasant place to stay. Accessible to Topsail but not far from the main road.

Best Kept Secret

The communication provided by Jenean was above top notch. They were on it within minutes and we asked a ton of questions. But the house, was sooo cute and I t has nearly everything you can imagine. The neighborhood was only about 10-15 from downtown Surf City and the first beach inlets, but even if you go further south it’s still less than 30 mins to get to the southern beach points. The neighbors are also super friendly and for that week of vacation we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Lovely home

Loved staying at this home. Approx. 2 miles to the beach, very quiet neighborhood. The house is immaculate. Lots of space and very well equipped. We are hoping to go back again later this year.

Even better than we hoped for.

House was spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. Close to everything but in a safe, quiet area. We were very comfortable. Glad there was a fenced in yard for our dog and to provide privacy. Grill and bikes were a nice addition. And the dog treats were enjoyed by Bella too. We were very pleased overall and would highly recommend staying here to anyone and everyone. Places to eat that we loved... Low Tide Streak House, Camino Real Mexican food, and Michaelangelo's Italian. Beach was close by. Walmart for food was close too. CVS pharmacy was nearby.

An Absolute Gem!

This cozy little beach cottage was tucked away just off Topsail Island. Just a mile to the bridge to enjoy the pier and beaches. The home was recently rehabbed and they did a great job using the space efficiently. The upstairs area was perfect for our three kids. The primary bedroom was adequate and the primary bathroom included a tub which was a nice addition. The kitchen and living area was surprisingly spacious. The backyard gave plenty of space for our dogs. But the hostess really made things perfect. She was helpful, flexible and responsive. We stayed for nearly three weeks and wished we could have stay longer.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. The house was just as it was pictured.

Lovely property and a very short drive to public beach access. The house looked just as pictured online and had everything you could possibly need. My family and I had a wonderful time and our dogs loved the back yard. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely coastal cottage

The home is delightfully decorated and comfortable. Kids loved the bunkbed room and the jack-n-jill bathroom. We appreciated being close enough to the entertainment areas but not being in the middle of it when we wanted quiet. The town has lovely areas to explore. The hosts are very responsive.

Great family getaway

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying nearby Topsail Island. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and would have enjoyed stayed for longer. The property is not directly on the beach, but is close to the intercoastal waterway and a short 5-minute drive from various public beach access points. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself is recently renovated and very clean and well maintained. We used most of the provided amenities to include kitchen equipment, grill, and smart TVs -- all worked well. Highly recommended!

Beach getaway

It was quiet and had everything we needed. It was clean and close ride to the beach made it easy. Loved the large panty in dining and kitchen area to keep all your things together. Nice master bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Also a separate half bath downstairs. Steps to upstairs two bedrooms may be a little steep for older people or small children but fine for adolescents and teens. Loved the ocean type decorations in the home. Liked the fenced in yard for privacy and a dog. The area was a mixture of trailers and some houses but that is Pender county in general. I believe most of the area was summer time/weekend residents so it was very quiet, safe and summer beachy feel.

Great place!

The process is very easy. And the owners responded very quickly to any questions. Any house hold item you forget they will most likely have at the property for you. Great location near anything you would wanna do and only 2mins from the beach. Def will book again

Great house and host!

This was an overall great house with a great host! Very functional and clean with lovely decor, comfy furniture, nice towels and linens, and lots of little extras! The host was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a trailer park, which was a surprise, but it was quiet and a short drive to the beach. Thank you!

Home away from home

Stayed here for the 4th of July and absolutely loved it! The host is wonderful at taking care of all your needs. We really loved the kitchen and the outdoor shower was great after a long day at the beach!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the opportunity to take our nieces, nephews, & sister on a family vacation. This was absolutely perfect the wide variety of personalities and ages (11-17 and us parents). Internet access was amazing allowed streaming of Stranger Things 4, v2 opening. And hooking up a gaming system for the boys. The bikes gave the teens freedom to roam a little. The attention to small details allowed us parents to ‘remember’ everything even if we forgot something. Close to the beach and shops but tucked into a quiet neighborhood for peaceful nights and mornings. Jeane has truly thought of everything and available immediately to answer any question not matter how big or small. Thank you!
