"The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

"This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable,...

"Our family came together to see our Grandson at Wentworth. I loved that the way the house is set up we were able to gather centrally to eat, laugh and lounge. If you're not familiar with Boston drivers, the street parking may be a concern but Uber was quite beneficial!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. There are so many cute towns within easy proximity to the location. Parking was easy and very convenient just a few steps from the back door. The upstairs living area is great for conversation and the downstairs living area was where we congregated every evening to watch Netflix. I highly recommend this...

"My family and I stayed in this property for the Army Navy game. It was fantastic. Great space, very central location, easy access to parking and safe neighborhood. It was graduation season when I stayed there, so it was a little loud, but I brought a sound machine, which helped a lot, since I am a light sleeper.
