For extra safety purposes the house will be equipped with CCTV cameras directing only on the entrances.

We like to let our guests enjoy the trip on their own and I’m always available via text or phone call to answer any questions you may have. Family of three and respect the guest's privacy.

"What a place! Pictures do not do it justice! Great set up and owner, Jenny, keeps place beautiful and inviting! Location-nested in beautiful and safe neighborhood. Street is clean and plenty of street parking. Parking down the street with lake! Never felt in danger and streets are walkable at night. Hollister is a small city so everything is within short 5-10 min driving distance, including Main Street and markets. Communication-Jenny and her husband are very responsive through the app and even called me when I had questions. Place-perfect layout! Entering the house, you have the living room/dining room area, and somehow there is plenty of space for a foosball table and air hockey-great for kids! Passing this, the house opens up to a beautiful kitchen small dining area and tv area/2nd living room area! One one side of the living area you have two bedrooms separated by full bathroom. Opposite side, you have master bedroom with private full bath. Perfect set up for my family. Had 9 people over and never felt overcrowded. Felt like everyone had their own space to wind down.
