"Room next to the elevators was horrible due to the fact they were terribly loud and grinding and needed service. Receptionist at night was brutal and rude. Morning staff were all wonderful, helpful and cheerful. Parking spaces were in abundance, breakfast was fresh with excellent healthy food options. Refuse any room that is by the elevator and switch hotels."

"Had a great night stay after a long day of travel. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable.
I have to mention the great customer service. Hours after we checked out, I called in a bit of a panic thinking my husband may have left his wedding band behind. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful... they took the time to thoroughly check and follow up. (Thankfully, we ended up finding it!)
The hotel was also very convenient with easy in-and-out access, and we appreciated...

"The room was comfortable and well furnished. I liked having a microwave and a frig/freezer.
There seemed to be a lack of handicap parking spots near the entrance. The luggage carts were not as easy to manage as I might have hoped.
The exit onto the main road did not seem to be well planned. You had to deal with traffic coming off right at the freeway exit.
It was easy and convenient to extend my stay."
