A vacation for the whole family at the Deichblüte vacation home in the Altes Land vacation village. The vacation village is located right on the Elbe River dike, on the grounds of an old orchard in the municipality of Hollern-Twielenfleth. Whether young or old—every guest is treated like royalty here, and four-legged friends are also warmly welcomed in most of the houses. At the service center, washing machines and dryers can be used by appointment and for a fee. In addition to bike rentals and a playground, the vacation village also features a multipurpose field for soccer, Swingo bowling, bocce, chess, and table tennis. Take a kilometer-long walk along the dike, go biking or rollerblading, daydream on the Elbe beach, watch the children play with friends, and in the evening, relax comfortably in your vacation home or enjoy a convivial gathering at the “Deichblick” café & restaurant with its summer terrace. In just a few minutes, you can reach the multigenerational park, the heated outdoor pool right on the Elbe, and the magnificent sandy beach along the Elbe. Experience a wonderful vacation in what is arguably the most beautiful Elbe vacation village between the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Stade.



Vacation Home 39 “Deichblüte,” 70 square meters, for up to 6 people:

The “Deichblüte” 39 vacation home—the only one of its kind in the vacation village—has a living/usable area of approximately 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people (+1 toddler in a travel crib). The single-story “Deichblüte” vacation home, which first became available for rent in May 2020, features modern, attractive, and high-quality furnishings. You enter the house through the vestibule (entryway with coat rack) and proceed into the spacious kitchen-living room with a modern built-in kitchen (ceramic cooktop/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher) and a dining area for 6 people. Adjacent to this is the living room with a cozy sitting area (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa) and access to both the patio and the first bedroom with a TV. The kitchen also leads to the large, modern shower room/toilet (walk-in shower) and to the second bedroom. Access to the loft (via a ladder) is also located here. Both bedrooms have two single beds. The bunk offers two mattresses for sleeping. An interior storage room is accessible through the vestibule. A spacious garden shed for storing items such as bicycles, a large south-facing sun terrace, a small breakfast terrace to the east, and a parking space on the property round out what Deichblüte has to offer. Non-smoking house – free Wi-Fi – pets allowed – bread roll service from Easter through October!



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
