Large windows create a welcoming atmosphere, and the fully covered terrace offers extra outdoor living space. A comfy window seat invites you to relax. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living area. The modern bathroom has a rain shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is step-free and fully accessible.

Our apartments are quietly yet centrally located in the heart of Hollenstein an der Ybbs, right in the picturesque Ybbstal valley. The village center with inn, bakery, and grocery store is within easy walking distance.



Hollenstein is in the NÖ Eisenwurzen Nature Park, close to the Kalkalpen and Gesäuse National Parks and the Dürrenstein Wilderness Area. Lunzer See, the only natural bathing lake in Lower Austria, and the Hollenstein natural beach are among the region’s top attractions.



Situated directly on the Ybbstal Cycle Path, our apartments are the perfect base for cyclists. Hollenstein offers over 170 km of mountain bike trails for active guests.



Each apartment has a covered parking space with EV charging station and a lockable storage room. Whether hiking, cycling, or relaxing by the Ybbs, you enjoy nature, relaxation, and activity in equal measure.
