Beautiful, and one of a kind private farmhouse, perfect for entertaining large groups & families! Very secluded 6 acres right outside Saugatuck, Fennville & Holland. In the summer enjoy the pool and hot tub on the warm summer days if you wish to stay nearby. The screen porch is so relaxing to read your favorite book, take a nap on 2 of the twin swings or just listen to the bluebirds! Or if your family desires- hit up the many gorgeous beaches all around. SO much to see and do in this area! many trails to hike, wineries and dining all around! Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, "The Ravines", 1.5 miles around the corner!

In the winter enjoy the hot tub and heated barn space with ping pong, fooseball, basketball and many indoor toys and scooters.

Your family will love the many activities on the property! Trails and a tree house, playset, trampoline, heated barn with basketball hoop, yard games & inside ping pong, xbox, & pool. Long private drive - paved perfect for scooters, bikes, hoverboards & rollerblades. Pickleball in heated barn!

In the summer months we also have a vintage camper on the site! No water but there is electrical and sleeping for 4-5. Your kiddos will love the camping feel after a night by the fire roasting marshmallows. If you would like to use the trailer remember bedding and sleeping bags.

This home is located a few miles from Downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Four Miles from the world famous Oval Beach. 5 to 10 miles from Apple, strawberry, blueberry, red raspberry, pumpkin picking, wineries, brewery, cider mill, hard cider brewhouses, Lake Michigan. There are tons of antique shops and markets in the area. The towns of Saugatuck and Douglas are fantastic little towns -- a lot of unique stores, many art galleries, great restaurants and bars.

There are also a hand full of boat rental places for pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards and jet skis located within a few miles. There are also great fishing charters that leave from either town.

No High School or College Parties at all, this home is made for Families!! WE NEED TO RESPECT NEIGHBORS! Also this is our family home so we do want you to highly respect its beautiful nature!! No Weddings, no receptions. No shooting firearms, no atvs. Driving slow on the long private drive!
Just note township ordinance has quite time after 10! So nothing loud outdoors then

Bring pool toys and your own towels!

Starter pack of 6 toilet papers, roll of paper towel, 2 dish soaps and 2 detergent packs. If you need more don’t forget to bring it!

Barn is heated in the winter! Pickleball recently added in barn!

This house was great! Location was super close to Saugatuck, Douglas, etc. Kids loved playing in the heated barn and with the fun games in the basement. Clean and well-equipped kitchen and tons of space for the extended family to hang out and enjoy Thanksgiving. Kristi’s communication and instructions were great! Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This was a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. House was very nice and clean. Lots of things to keep everyone busy and happy the pool was used and enjoyed a lot. Close to beach and other things to do. We had a very nice time, had lots of laughs and made lots of great memories.

We had a three generation family reunion over a long weekend and had a wonderful time at the farmhouse! The home was large enough with many locations to hangout inside and out. Our family especially loved the pool, hot tub, the outdoor deck and firepit. The screened in porch was also a favorite for a quiet place to read, gather, listen to the many birds and even sleep. The large kitchen was perfect to feed our group along with the oversized gas grill for our BBQ. Another bathroom downstairs would have been welcomed but we made it work. The location was perfect- close to Oval Beach and Saugatuck- large grocery store in Holland. We really enjoyed our time at the farmhouse!

Nice large home and huge yard, with an above ground pool and hot tub. The yard included large general play area, swing set/playscape, trampoline and large barn with plenty of play space and toys. Space for kids to ride bikes on large paved area in front of the barn and long driveway.

Family 4th Fest

We are an extended family of 21 ( 15 adults and six kids under eight years of age). and this house/property suited our needs well for a family reunion. Communication with the host was excellent…Kristi was very prompt in responding to our questions. It was a warm Fourth of July weekend, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids and adults! The property is well equipped with pool floats, yard games, and kids toys. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes, cooking utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. Having a fourth bathroom for this many people would have been extra nice, but did not get in the way of our good time.

Kristi was very responsive and went out of her way to ensure we had a good stay, which we appreciated. When we let her know the coffee maker was moldy and unusable, she brought a new one right away. The toys at the property were also a thoughtful surprise and kept the kids entertained.However, we didn’t expect to be responsible for maintaining the hot tub and pool ourselves; in other rentals we’ve used, this has always been handled by a property manager or service. The hot tub’s pH was off and it was unusable for two days, and the pool was very cold the entire time, which was disappointing for the little ones.We paid a pretty penny for this rental, so we expected a bit more in terms of comfort and upkeep.

Great Home for Large Groups

We have a family golf outing each year and decided to try the Saugatuck area. Attendees range in age from 35-75. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space, pool, hot tub, near great courses. Host was awesome and super responsive as well.

Youth group retreat

This is a beautiful house with a lot of room for making food, eating, playing games and so much more. We had a great time. A couple things I that would’ve improved the stay: the floor map shows a walk-in closet in the master bedroom that I was planning to have my daughter sleep in but it is locked… I probably would’ve chosen a different place had I known that but we made do. I also think that for the price and how large the house is, there should be a little bit more provided than just a “starter set” of things like trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Things like that. Luckily I brought a few of my own but we definitely ran out of trash bags and toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and we were only there from Friday evening to Sunday morning. And I don’t think anyone actually found dish washer tablets so we hand washed and used the regular dish soap provided. Just fyi if you’re thinking of renting here. Overall though, communication was good and was flexible with check-in and check-out, which I appreciated very much. The place was clean as well and the master bed was comfortable. There are tons of dishes available which I liked, two coffee makers, a panini maker, a double oven which was awesome, and even a little infant seat for eating. We throughly enjoyed the pickle ball court in the big garage/rec room area.

Family Holiday

My family flies in from all over and meets together for a Christmas party. This was a new spot for us. There were plenty of beds to sleep everyone! There was one bed we noticed that looked like it had been slept in and the sheets not changed. So we just washed the sheets with the washer/dryer. We did realize pretty quickly that the house did not have enough toilet paper or trash bags, so we had to make several trips to the store to get the necessities. The home is also on well water and the water from the refrigerator was filtered, but at times it would only trickle out. So another run to the store for water was needed. We don’t mind bringing our own toilet paper, water, paper towels, or trash bags, but would’ve liked to have known we needed that stuff ahead of time. I felt like we spent all Saturday running back and forth to the store. Overall we had a great family visit. The beds were comfy, and the games were super fun for the kids! Kristi was an awesome communicator and always responded right away with all of my questions. Thank you for having us!

Family Thanksgiving

This property is amazing. It is obviously set up for providing a maximum summer experience but even in the winter time; the property is so beautiful and provides a place for kids to play and adults to chill. We had a great experience.

Awesome Family Home

Wonderful setting for a large family adventure. The home is a quick drive to Saugatuck and Holland. The barn is such a wonderful place for kids of all ages to play. The home is very clean and comfy. We made great memories on our weekend stay!

Great stay at a beautiful house!

The house is beautiful. There is so much to do there for the kids and adults alike. We did all the things - pool, hot tub, basketball, swing set, campfire, card games in the 4 screened patio, nature walks, board games, movie nights. The host was available for any questions and was always very nice. We highly recommend the farmhouse! We definitely plan to come back!

Family Reunion

House was great for our extended family reunion. Kitchen supplies weren't in the best condition, but there were plenty. We had to do routine pool maintenance (vacuum and chlorine) which if we didn't have experience with would have been intimidating. Overall we had a great week!

Extended family celebration

We had a large extended family gathering with kids ranging from 3-17 and many adults. The property was a perfect fit for our large group and various ages of guests. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Kristi was very quick to respond to any questions and super helpful with the check in process. We would definitely stay here again. Having such a large group the property was accommodating and there was a lot of activities to keep everyone busy and happy.

Beautiful home for a getaway

Beautiful home on a beautiful property. We had 20 guests and never felt crowded due to the many different areas to relax/hang out. Quick drive to nearby beaches and downtown shopping. Great place and would highly recommend!
