The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”. The only thing I don't like is a train track is nearby & I hear it sometimes passing when sleeping in the daytime. I highly recommend this hotel if you trying to save money."
