Hi Amy We are very sorry you feel this way. But to say we had lack of concern and our communication was poor is an unfair statement. This is the first time that we've been told we didn't communicate well even though we responded multiple times to your daily messages. Your requests were initiated via text so we responded via text as this is the method you chose and is also the quickest way for us to get back to you. We did everything in our power to address your daily concerns. If only we could control the weather. We had our property manager come over and change the timer and increase the time that the solar heat ran even though we explained to you that running the system later in the evening and earlier in the morning would start to cool the pool instead of heating it. However as per your adamant request we extended the run time. As for your statement about us not offering meaningful solutions we also had our pool company come by and check the system out to make sure it was functioning properly as well. Unfortunately your stay was over the holidays and some businesses close or have reduced hours which in fact was the case but they still came out on their unscheduled day. As soon as we had answers we provided them accordingly. Previous to your stay and during your stay temperatures were at an unusual low reaching the mid 30's. Because of that it takes our system or any system for that matter a longer length of time for that amount of water to heat up. For the pool to raise 13 degrees while the temperatures were still dipping in the evening proves that the system is in fact working properly and may have even risen more had you listened to us and not requested us to change the settings for run time. Our ad does not hide anything nor is it false. It is listed as a solar heated pool which relies on Mother Nature.

Hi Daniel, we very sorry you feel this way and gave our HOME such a bad rating and review. Our pool is in fact solar heated, with the solar system being on the roof. The system we have is based on the sun which heats black tubes that contain water, which then is circulated back to the pump and into the pool. If the Florida weather is bad and cool unfortunately the pool is too. The cool nights drop the pool temperature and if we don’t have full sunny days it’s very hard to get such a large amount of water warm. Once again it is strictly dependent on the weather, and unfortunately is out of our control. We advise our home as only have solar heat not a gas or propane heater. We are glad that you enjoyed the home itself.
