Welcome to Summer Breezes Holiday, your perfect vacation rental located in the charming town of Holiday, Florida. Our property is designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay, with all the amenities you need to make the most of your vacation.

Summer Breezes is a private and elegant suite attached to the main house. Our suite is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a cozy living room. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, luxurious linens, and a 4K 43" flat-screen TV. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a table with two chairs and a 32" flat-screen TV.

Our suite also features a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. You can cook your own meals or enjoy local cuisine at the nearby restaurants.

Cozy stay

The space is very cozy and quiet. Super clean and bright. It is perfect for 1 or people. The hosts provided a few extras (water, pop, chips, toothpaste and toothbrushes) which was very nice.

Quaint and clean

Studio- sized apartment that packed a lot of hospitality!! Everything you could want was available! The decor was very homey and the bed was comfortable. Had some minor issues with the internet being a little slow but nothing that would prevent me from coming back!!

Nice little place to get away to

The apartment was clean and well decorated. The coffee and snacks were a definite plus. Close to Tarpon Springs and the beach. The owners were very friendly. Only downside was the step up into the bathroom which I didnā€™t see and the wrong code was posted on the check in instructions. The correct ne was posted on a message. Would definitely stay again

Comfortably cozy

Sea Breezes is small but perfect for one or two people and very nicely decorated and furnished with a dual leather recliner and TV in the living/dining/kitchen area adjacent to a snug bathroom with tiled shower. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and spacious closet and a big TV on the wall. The unit was a former garage enclosed by the owners/hosts, who couldnā€™t have been more friendly and accommodating. Although itā€™s in a suburban neighborhood right off a main two-lane road there was no noise at night or during the day. It was a restful 4-day stay for us. Centrally located in the Port Richey area, it was an easy commute to local beaches, parks, restaurants and, of course, a Super Walmart.

Great little place with a very nice host

I liked how the place was super-clean when I arrived. Everything you need is here - I greatly appreciated the microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. The bed was comfy, and all the appliances worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The only flaw for me was the very small dining table - but this is a small place and anything larger would take up too much room. Some folks might find this a little tight for two people, I hope you like each others a lot, ha. For one person like me iI was fine, and highly recommended

Great location, very clean & nicely .decorated. The only downside was we didnā€™t like the fact that there are no windows. Iā€™m a little claustrophobic! It would have been nice to see a little daylight.

The great abundance and tranquility I felt towards arriving at Sea Breezes was remarkable! Never have I felt so much at peace and relaxation at a place I was visiting momentarily. A good place to sleep

If all you want to do is go there to take a shower and sleep then this is the place. Comfortable bed, good shower. Nicely decorated. Need a large coffee pot. Need to do something about channels you have to sign into your own streaming accounts if you want to relax and watch tv for a moment. Other than this... It was a really nice place. The host is really nice and they do not bother you while you stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay and thank you for a comfortable stay!

PERFECT GET-A-WAY

We wasn't in town very long and got in late our first night. Everything was extremely clean and this was the most important to me and had any appliance we could ever need. The beach chairs came in handy but really was hoping for an umbrella. Even though the hidden gem of the apartment was behind their residence we never had a problem with noise or they respected our privacy. Perfect for a couple.Thanks for the sweet card and gift!

For it being just myself, I absolutely loved the coziness of the small apartment! It had everything I needed and more. I would most definitely book again if I am back in the area. I think anyone would love it. The only thing it was missing was a washer and dryer. Regardless, it's a 5star stay.

My husband and I stayed at Carlos and Yamila's "sea breezes: a charming suite" for our first retirement trip. The pictures and descriptions were just as described. It was very clean, had some nice little touches added by our hosts, and bed was comfortable. Location of this suite was good. Many businesses nearby for convenience. Parks and beaches are anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our hosts, Carlos and Yamila, were the best. They were very nice and we felt like we could communicate with them easily. They were helpful and quick to help us when needed, but also respected our privacy.

We loved our stay! They welcomed us with drinks and snacks, and they provided everything we needed to have an amazing vacation time. The property was deeply cleaned and disinfected, and the neighborhood was safe; we loved its layout, as it provided us with a privacy door to our bedroom. This studio had a great location, near US19 and Road 54. On our last night, our property managers surprised us with a thank you gift and a gratitude card! There was nothing missing in our experience. It was the BEST! Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadĆ­a. Los encargados nos dieron la bienvenida con refrigerios y meriendas apetitosas. Ellos nos proveyeron todos los artĆ­culos que necesitĆ”bamos para unas vacaciones perfectas. Esta propiedad fue limpiada y desinfectada profundamente antes de recibirnos y el vecindario se sentĆ­a muy seguro, ya que el diseƱo nos proveyĆ³ una puerta de privacidad que separaba nuestra alcoba del resto de las Ć”reas del estudio. La localizaciĆ³n quedaba muy centralizada, cerca de la carretera US19 y la carrera Road54. En nuestra Ćŗltima noche los encargados nos sorprendieron con un regalo de despedida y una tarjeta de agradecimiento. Ā”No nos faltĆ³ nada en nuestra estadĆ­a; fue la MEJOR! Ā”MuchĆ­simas gracias por tratarnos exactamente como ustedes desearĆ­an ser tratados, o tal vez mucho mejor!
