"This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The pregnant lady checked us in and was super helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping came everyday and was friendly. Breakfast bar was all you can eat and there was something for everyone. The best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. "The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. There are no elevators here so the stairs were the only way up. I was on the 3rd floor but I liked the exercise. The gym was small but it had good equipment to get your training done for the day. Its in a very good location close to restaurants and stores. The price was great for this location and booking was excellent 👌"

"We arrived late due to weather and there was no one at the desk to help us. We waited, tried calling on their phone, looked all over. Another vehicle had someone sleeping in it because they couldn't get anyone, either. Basically, the front desk was not manned and check-out was not available. We found a number for assistance for the owner of the hotel and he wasn't able to help - just gave us the number to the front desk which was vacant. We had to book another hotel and pay a late booking fee....

"Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. "

"Pool was closed for maintenance but was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was decent, just not refilled promptly so by the time we went to eat at 7:30am, there was only 1 sausage left. Other than that, place was clean."

"One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. When we booked the place, for 5 nights, breakfast was an extra $500. Seems steep? The room and bathroom were small, and the bedside...

"If your looking for a quiet relaxing time away from the busy center, this is the place. Spent the weekend here for a fishing trip with some guys and enjoyed not having to fight traffic and a bunch of people. Was within close driving range of Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Foley."
