"My college friend and I were there for our annual three day getaway. We love small towns and visiting all the stores and antique shops. "Great property and what an amazing town! This house is loaded with cool antiques but with all the modern conveniences. Like the town, this house appears to be fairly old with internal brick walls in some rooms. It sparked a discussion about how the house evolved over time. Right on the Maumee River (beautiful!), next to a park and literally walking distance (2-5 minutes) to all of the downtown which has a number of cool little shops and businesses. "I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. In the mean time were were buying bottled water to brush our teeth and showering at family house. The internet went out on day two...
