Our pool is set within a spacious sundeck with comfortable, adjustable loungers. There is also a pool house adjacent to the pool offering shower and toilet facilities. We provide towels for use by the pool, but we ask that you bring your own towel for the beach The pool illuminates in the evening and provides an ideal spot for observing the beautiful starry night skies! There are also the most amazing long distance ocean views from the pool area Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Nightly Rates are INCLUSIVE of all Government taxes such as 10% VAT & US$4.38 p/night Government Room Rate Levy Nightly Rates are also INCLUSIVE of electricity usage, unlike many other accommodations on the West coast - Therefore please remember to turn off all lights, ceiling fans & especially the air-conditioning units when not in the villa Housekeeping service weekly includes a full linen/towel change & general clean - extra service can be arranged for an additional charge We also leave cleaning supplies in the villa to keep areas clean during your stay! Our villa is newly built & furnished, therefore we do not permit the use of REIMANN P20 Sun Protection Products, as this is known to cause permanent damage by staining fabrics & soft furnishings We kindly ask that you treat our villa & furniture with respect & not to sit on any of the inside furniture with wet swimwear or suncream Please may we ask that you use the plastic glasses supplied when outside & especially around the pool area Pool towels are provided but we ask that you only use these around the pool.
