"Stayed 23 nights. Tina was our host and did a great job. She met us when we arrived and had a welcome package for us. It was much appreciated. Any questions we had for her during our stay was answered promptly. The unit was clean and everything worked (ie: appliances, ceiling fans, air cond., etc). We really had nothing to complain about. "Great Location, and property manager Geoff was really helpful. Cleanliness is not great, I would expect cupboards, crockery etc cleaned between lets. But it may be down to the kitchen units being a little tired and the abundance & assortment of utensils, glasses and crockery. Keep it simple, remove old items! Privacy /security screen around the property should be added (I understand the original had rotted & was removed) but it does mean people passing can see into the property and that you...

"Very outdated kitchen, everything needs changing. Paid too much for this apartment. I had to ask them to clean the mold smelling AC. The house keeper was very nice and cleans well. The picture on you site with the blue furniture is not what I got."
