Loon Lodge - Waterfront Cabin

This 2 bedroom cabin is only feet from the water's edge at The Boulders at Squam. The pine ceilings and walls provide a true camp feel. Although it is a cabin, this property is clean with modern amenities. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves lapping at the shore and loons calling to one another. Please note that from the parking lot, there are two flights of stairs to get to this cottage. Stairs and uneven terrain may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Explore the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits and swim rafts.

This is a perfect place to enjoy the lake.

This suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, bbq grills and outdoor activities.

Guests are asked to wash all dishes and bring all trash to the dumpster at the end of their stay.

This rental does not allow pets. If you would like to bring your pet with you on vacation, please consider booking one of our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot.

Guests have access to all areas of the cabin. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of canoes and kayaks are free.

Please do not go into the area behind the cabin with the hot water heater, under any buildings, in basements or in the garage. Thank you!

July 2nd through August 23, 2026 there is a 3 night minimum stay

May, June, September and October have 2 night minimum stay on Friday and Saturdays
Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 7 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.

Please leave the rental clean by washing dishes, bringing trash to the dumpster in the parking lot and broom sweeping the floor. Thank you!
